St. Joseph Helps Owner in Colorado
Long-time TFP friend Art Maestas was forced to evacuate his restaurant in Longmont, Colorado last Thursday during the recent flooding. He did not know what to expect when he returned on Saturday to his business, the Santa Fe Coffee and Burrito Co. on Main Street.
While other businesses in the area were hard hit, Mr. Maestas had specal protection. He explained to reporters that, before leaving, he left a statue of the Saint Joseph on top of a bowl on his carpet before he left the store. When he returned, he found the statue still standing and mud that had not gone past the tile near the entrance.
"I've always had that (statue) here," said Mr. Maestas, pointing out that the carpet was only slightly damp. After cleaning off the mud in the parking lot, he was open for business on Monday.
Saint Joseph, pray for us!
