Breaking video: Man attacks TFP Volunteers, Assaults American Flag
Free speech is less free in Arkansas. In fact, volunteers with Tradition Family and Property (TFP—Louisiana) were recently attacked in Little Rock during a peaceful rally against Obamacare and its HHS mandate. The incident occurred on July 17.
Man Targets American flag
At the McCain Mall in North Little Rock, a middle-aged man came up from behind the group as they calmly prayed the rosary. First he said, “Praise be Mary,” giving the impression he was friendly. Next he shouted, “Get the hell out of here!” and rushed our American flag bearer Elias Bartel, knocking him off his feet with a violent blow. Old Glory fell over, but not completely because the 19-foot flag pole caught a power line on the way down and was quickly recovered and set upright again.
“I was pretty shocked… The first thing he did was target the American flag. He wanted to throw it on the ground,” said Bartel. “What he did was beyond disrespect.”
Second attack
The attacker did not stop there. Without pause, he immediately assaulted our second volunteer, Jesus Guerra, who was holding the TFP banner which displays a rampant lion and the motto: “Tradition, Family, and Property.” As the video clearly shows, our young volunteer was pushed with such violence that he fell backward onto a fire hydrant. The banner also fell.
“I’m bruised, but not about to give up,” Guerra remarked. “The attacker’s behavior reflects the socialist mindset: if they can’t win the debate, they bully you. If they can’t silence the Church on moral values, they use mandates and intimidation.”
As TFP—Louisiana member Cesar Franco dialed 911, the assailant smacked the phone out of his hand. Finally, the police arrived and a report was made.
A woman who witnessed the attack approached and asked for a flyer, Confronting Religious Persecution in America. She told Zechariah Long how great she thought TFP volunteers responded to the aggressor.
The 14-member team is currently touring other Southern cities where the reception has been excellent. Their message alerts the public about the persecution being brought against the Catholic Church by the Health and Human Services mandate and points to the root problem: socialism.
Following the example set by Bishop Jenky of Peoria, Illinois, who called upon Saint Michael the Archangel in the fight for the rights of the Church, TFP—Louisiana volunteers have placed their tour under his powerful patronage. The attack did not hinder the progress of the TFP caravan. However, it does follow a troubling pattern documented in the video Attacked by “Tolerance.”
If you are an attorney in the Little Rock, and are willing to represent the TFP volunteers who were attacked, please contact Cesar Franco at cfranco@tfp.org

Protest This Pro-homosexual "Concert" at the Catholic College of Saint Rose

The Catholic Medical Association confirms: There is no “homosexual gene.”
“The media have promoted the idea that a ‘gay gene’ has already been discovered…but, in spite of several attempts, none of the much-publicized studies… has been scientifically replicated. A number of authors have carefully reviewed these studies and found that not only do the studies not prove a genetic basis for same-sex attraction; the reports do not even contain such claims…
“If same-sex attraction were genetically determined, then one would expect identical twins to be identical in their sexual attractions. There are, however, numerous reports of identical twins who are not identical in their sexual attractions.”
(Homosexuality & Hope)
However, the stated purpose of the pro-homosexual chorus is “to promote pride in and acceptance of the gay community.”
Reprehensible as it is, this event is not the College of Saint Rose’s only act of cooperation with the homosexual agenda. The college’s Office of Intercultural Leadership and Identity has hosted an annual “Lavender Reception” to give special recognition to LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered) graduates. Lavender, they explain, is a “color of pride” for the “LGBT civil rights movement.” If that wasn’t bad enough, the college also recognizes the pro-homosexual student group Identity on campus, one among 107 such groups found on Catholic campuses.
Surely it is inappropriate for a Catholic college to cooperate in the promotion of a lifestyle the Church defines as gravely disordered. As a Catholic educational institution, we hope Saint Rose cancels the objectionable event.
Please join TFP Student Action, together with faithful Catholics around the country, in opposing this scandal by registering your online protest.

VIDEO: March for Life in Reading Draws Hundreds
Hundreds of pro-lifers spent their Sunday afternoon on May 20 attending the second annual March for Life in Reading, Pennsylvania. The TFP Holy Choir of Angels Band provided rousing patriotic music for the two-mile trek as marchers made their way through the streets of Reading to their final destination, Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Before the march even hit the pavement, several speakers exhorted those gathered to fight abortion as well as the HHS contraception mandate that especially targets Catholic individuals and institutions.
The sending forth speech was given by Fr. Paul Rothemel who gave his blessing. During this final address, a group of children gathered around the podium to take up crosses representing the millions of surgical abortions performed in America since Roe v. Wade.
The march passed by the Planned Parenthood center where some of those millions of abortions are performed on a regular basis. It was a symbolic gesture, an act of reparation for the innocent lives lost to the horrors of abortion and the nihilistic culture from which it was spawned. May Our Lady present our prayer before the throne of God and hasten the day when abortion will finally be made unthinkable in America.

How to Remove Objectionable Links From a Website
Written by John Horvat II
For some time, concerned Catholics have found objectionable live links on the websites of major Catholic universities all over the country. Among these links are pro-abortion and pro-homosexual sites that openly clash with Catholic teachings on these issues. Even more disconcerting is the fact that these links are presented in favorable contexts such as intern opportunities or student resources.
TFP Student Action has been very active in asking these institutions to take these links down since they send at best a confused message to Catholic students and Catholics in general. However, not all of these requests have been heeded.
More often than not, these Catholic universities tend to put off the requests as if it were a very complex and difficult operation that has been asked of them. At times, spokesmen will announce they are looking into the possibility of taking them down. When pressed to take action, protesters are often made to look impatient.
Perhaps these universities should be given the benefit of the doubt. Maybe these links really were put up inadvertently by students or faculty that did not realize what they were doing. Extending the doubt yet further, perhaps the personnel at these tech-savy institutions really do experience difficulty in taking the links down.
For the benefit of these institutions and their staff, we have put together step-by-step instructions on how to remove objectionable links from a website.
1. Identify the web page that has the objectionable link. This can be done by looking at the line at the top of the web browser or using the title of the page.
2. Enter into the backend of the website via the normal procedure (exactly in the same way in which the link was inserted) Put in user name and password. Press enter.
3. Find the article manager module of the web program and click on the icon that will allow you to view a listing of all articles or pages on the website.
4. Put the name of the article (see step 1) in the search filter. When the article pops up, click on the article and enter into the editable text.
5. Find the objectionable link. This can be done by going control-F and then type in Planned Parenthood, National Organization of Women or any of many such organizations that have been known to appear in these sections. Press enter.
6. The cursor should then be on the actual link. Highlight the entire text of the link with your mouse. Then look at the editing tools and find the icon of a broken chain link. Click on this icon. The link has been broken!
7. The process is not over. Next highlight the text again and push delete. With this step all reference to the objectionable organization will be wiped off the page forever. Please be sure that text is really off and does not appear on the page. Repeat process for other links if necessary.
8. Next go up to the exit icons. Find the save and exit button and click on it. By this action, the program now saves all changes and takes the links offline.
9. Go to the web page that HAD the objectionable link before and verify that the link is actually offline. If it has not, please repeat process. If another objectionable link is cited on the same page, please repeat process for that link.
10. Save instructions for other technicians who are not familiar with procedure so as to reduce future difficulties. Teach the process to other students and tech personnel.
The whole process should take about three minutes the first time. After a bit of practice, it will take a maximum of 90 seconds.

Join Over 20,000 Who Don’t Want ‘Gay-Straight Alliance’ at Notre Dame
![]() |
Catholic students at Notre Dame don't a GSA club on campus. |
The Catholic University of Notre Dame now faces another moral crossroads as pro-homosexual advocacy groups, assisted by the liberal media, pressure the university to sanction a “Gay-Straight Alliance” on campus.
Both the student and faculty senates recently passed non-binding resolutions in favor of establishing an official “Gay-Straight Alliance” club.1 Calling themselves the “4-5 movement” -- a reference to an alleged statistic that 4/5 college-educated people support their cause -- pro-homosexual activists are hoping the university will buckle to their immoral demands.
However, the movement to legitimize homosexual sin does not enjoy widespread support. In fact, a TFP Student Action petition against pro-homosexual clubs on Catholic campuses – including Notre Dame – collected over 20,350 signatures to date among college students and concerned Catholic parents.
The TFP’s online petition urges the president of the University of Notre Dame “not to approve, recognize or finance student clubs or activities that endorse or promote homosexual sin.”
“After inviting pro-abortion president Obama in 2009, Notre Dame once again has two options: To be faithful or to betray; to uphold its Catholic identity or to sell out,” said Tradition Family Property Student Action Director, John Ritchie.
“We hope Fr. John Jenkins will hear the voices of over 20,350 Catholic students and parents and energetically keep the ‘Gay-Straight Alliance,’ or any other equivalent club that fosters that sinful lifestyle, far away from the campus that bears the most pure name of the Blessed Virgin Mary,” he said.
When the homosexual lobby first attempted to start an official club in 1986, the University of Notre Dame’s Board of Fellow’s issued a response, stating that such recognition would be paramount to an “implicit sanction” of a lifestyle “not in keeping with the values of the University or the teachings of the Church.”2
That refusal is just as valid today, especially on the heels of a statement issued by Pope Benedict XVI, warning of “powerful political and cultural currents seeking to alter the legal definition of marriage.”
As the educator of so many young Catholics, we pray that Notre Dame does not cave in to the insidious demands of the homosexual revolution.

Challenging the Left at the University of Michigan
By William Stover |
|

Ann Arbor, Michigan
Cold weather notwithstanding, today's campaigns were intense. Fliers ready, bagpipes tuned, and logical, sound arguments, prepared, we came into Ann Arbor, to the campus of the University of Michigan. Some say Ann Arbor is the Berkeley of Michigan. Setting up right in the middle of the campus, we were immediately confronted with a polarized public, but Berkeley is far worse.
One woman stopped and said: "Thank you so much for being here, tell everyone in your group 'thank you,' and keep up the good work!" After a short time a police officer arrived to make sure everything was in order. "I can see that you won't cause any trouble, but let me know if anyone gives you trouble," he said, and returned to his car. A few moments later, an upset liberal man threatened to call the police. "You shouldn't have the right to do this," he said. After being informed that we had already spoken with the police, he demanded to see our authorization. When asked what authority he had, he shot back: "don't ask me any questions!"
As the campaign continued, support and opposition intensified. One student, after reading our flier, returned to thank us and ask how he can get involved in the fight against Obamacare. Another student pointed out how Catholics are being targeted: "I don't think the federal government would force mosques to serve bacon," he said.
"God doesn't want you to do this out here," a passerby affirmed. "God believes in freedom of choice." When asked where the "choice" is for Catholics, he replied: "Well, you got me there. That's a good point."
After wrapping up the university, we finished off the day with a sign and wave campaign at the third busiest intersection in the state of Michigan.

TFP Student Action Road Tour Against Obamacare Kicks Off
Written by William Stover
On the morning of February 28, thirteen TFP Student Action volunteers piled into a van, ready and willing to defend the rights of the Catholic Church.
Our mission: to visit dozens of locations, in three states, to publicly and vocally decry the socialist Obamacare system, and its brutal attack on morality and true freedom. Our thirteen-foot banner sums it up well: "God's Law comes first. Repeal socialist Obamacare!"
After a preliminary drive of several hours, we alighted at our first stop, a busy intersection at Robinson Mall near Pittsburgh, Penn. The initial response on the part of the public was overwhelmingly positive. Our "Honk to free America from Obamacare" signs were very well-received and elicited thousands of supporting honks.
"I'm very happy that you are here. This is amazing!" said a college student who pulled off the road to greet us and take in the sound of all the honking. "I just can't believe it," he said with a broad smile. "Thank you! Thank you!"
After several hours of campaigning and distributing hundreds of TFP flyers, "Confronting Religious Persecution in America," we retired for the day and made plans to continue the good fight on the morrow.
Visiting the University of Pittsburgh
February 29
Undaunted by rain and wind, we arose early and prepared for what we knew would be an intense campaign. Coats on, five bagpipes playing, and fliers in hand, we set up our campaign directly in front of the famed Cathedral of Learning at the University of Pittsburgh. Very soon the crosswalks and bus stops were teeming with people, mostly college students, affording us the opportunity to hand out a huge number of fliers.
As classes let out, the number of pedestrians only increased. At one point, it was hard for us to see each other through the crowds, even though we were only a few yards apart.
Most of the students were extremely receptive to our message, though a few stopped to argue. "Well, I totally agree with them," insisted a bus driver to a co-worker. "I've seen the double standard on this campus. Muslims gather and use university buildings for religious services, but if Christians teach the Bible in those same places, you get shut down," he said.
After a long campaign and hundreds of fliers distributed, we moved on. A short drive brought us to our next stop: Duquesne University, a Catholic institution. Once again, the flier was a great success among the students. However, as Mr. Charles Sulzen said "reject socialist healthcare," one student shot back: "I support communism." Not one to remain quiet, Mr. Sulzen continued: "Did you know that Pope Pius XI taught that you can't profess to be Catholic while supporting socialism or communism?" The self-proclaimed communist still refused the TFP flier, though right on his heels were other students who expressed absolute agreement, took fliers, and thanked us for our presence.
At our lunch break at Panera Bread, our volunteers were peppered with questions: "who are you and what are you doing?" This sparked more friendly discussions. One gentleman, who was having lunch with his wife, approached each of our tables and said, "Strength and honor to you! Keep doing what you are doing."
Our next destination will be Columbus, Ohio.
Please pray for us.

GREAT VIDEO: See What Marylanders Really Think About Same-Sex "Marriage"
Thousands of traditional marriage supporters held a rally at the Maryland Statehouse in Annapolis on Monday, January 30, to oppose the recent push by the Governor and State Legislature to legalize same-sex "marriage." Between speeches, the lively crowd chanted, "one man, one woman" and "kill the bill" and "Adam and Eve: YES! Adam and Steve: NO!"
The rally was sponsored by the Maryland Marriage Alliance and featured prominent religious leaders and several members of the House of Delegates. TFP Student Action volunteers attended the rally and displayed an array of signs. For example: "Catholics reject same-sex 'marriage,' and "Every child needs a mother & father," among others.
Gov. Martin O'Malley, a Catholic, has made the legalization of same-sex "marriage" a priority, sparking outrage from faithful Catholics and Ten Commandment Americans.
Homosexual "marriage" advocates are modeling their efforts on New York, where Governor Andrew Cuomo strong-armed several conservative members of the state senate, behind closed doors, to vote in favor of a pseudo-marriage bill without any public referendum.
May God protect true marriage in Maryland and in every state where it is being threatened.

Please, Please Protest! Children Throw Grenades And Worse At Jesus In New Blasphemous Play…
Because in the play the Holy Face of Jesus is subjected to the most vile possible insults and mockeries!
PROTEST NOW
(READ WITH CAUTION... this is highly blasphemous!...and also vulgar.)
According to reviews of the theater play On The Concept of the Face... in the play:
“…a son taking care of his incontinent father. He wants to go to work, but his father ***** himself again and again. You see the brown stains on his diaper … You even smell the horrible stench.
“Then nine kids walk on stage. They take off their backpacks and start taking out grenades. They take out the pin and start throwing them at the face of Christ. Each time they hit the painting you hear a loud bang.
“The last scene is entirely about that painting.”
PROTEST NOW
The Last Scene: (The review’s wording is too vile to continue with, so I’ll take it from here.)
It looks like a large knife slashes the face of Christ. Large, red-brown streaks ‘bleed’ out and spread over His face, before a black veil of the ‘tears’ entirely covers the portrait of the Son of God.
The painting is finally torn up, giving way to a large black panel. Above, in large letters, one can read, You are my shepherd. There’s another word that comes into view as well: not. You are not my shepherd.
This play has been touring major European cities since the summer of 2011, but, sadly, we have only just come across it.
It is scheduled to show from February 1 – February 5
at the deSingel International Arts Campus in the city of Antwerp, Belgium, so there’s no time to lose, protest now!
You and I both know that it makes no difference whatsoever where the Satanic head of blasphemy rears itself... If we know about it, we MUST defend the honor of God.
Hopefully, if everyone who gets this email actually peacefully and legally defends Our Lord’s honor and protests, then we will have a very practical effect upon the administrators of the deSignell “Arts” campus and maybe they’ll stop the blasphemous play from showing.
If not, at least we will have done our duty to God.

Protest Pro-Abortion Speaker at a Catholic University
While pro-life Americans attended the March for Life in Washington, D.C., the Catholic Jesuit University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, is preparing for something unimaginable.
In fact, they have invited an avowed abortion advocate and former Congresswoman Marjorie Margolies to give the keynote speech at the University on January 28.
The bishop of Scranton, Most Rev. Joseph C. Bambera, asked that the invitation be withdrawn. Unfortunately, his request was rebuffed by university officials. Yes, his request was denied…
It’s unbelievable, but I still think that you and I can make a real difference if we peacefully protest and CALL the university today.
I invite you to pick up the phone and dial 570-941-7500 right now.
Ask for Fr. Kevin Quinn, president of the University of Scranton and politely urge him to cancel the appearance of pro-abortion advocate Marjorie Margolies.
Your protest was successful last year when two Catholic colleges canceled pro-abortion speakers on campus.
Let’s do it again.
You see, after Ms. Margolies’ congressional career ended, her pro-abortion record only got worse, culminating in her position as Executive Director of the Women’s Campaign Fund, a pro-abortion organization dedicated to “dramatically increasing the number of women in elected office who support reproductive choices and options, from all parties and at all levels of government.”
How can a woman with such a pro-abortion record be invited to give not only a lecture, but a keynote address at a Catholic University, an institution that should be a cornerstone in the defense of innocent life?
Thank you for defending innocent life.

Boys Celebrate New Year with Chivalry Program
From December 28 to January 2, participants learned about the heroes of the 1st Crusade, Saint John Bosco and his dreams of Hell, as well as the importance of Confession. They discovered the virtues of King Saint Louis IX and watched video footage of TFP street campaigns with keen interest.
To receive information about future youth camps, click here.
A steep climb up Peter’s Mountain in cold conditions was rewarded with a cup of hot chocolate made on the summit, while snow flurries enhanced the beautiful view of the Susquehanna River below.
The boys went to Washington D.C. where they toured the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception and the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land. The latter houses a replica of the Holy Sepulchre of Our Lord, a copy of the catacombs and the manger of Bethlehem where Our Lord was born.

HIRH Prince Bertrand of Orleans-Braganza presents the memento to one of the young men. |
Shield-ball, tug of war, dodge ball, a challenging obstacle course and prison break, a game with flashlights in the darkness of night, were played with great vigor.
And spiritual activities included the daily recitation of the Holy Rosary and frequent Mass attendance.
As the bell signaled the arrival of the New Year, camp members sang the Creed and recited St. Louis de Montfort’s Consecration to Mary, thus making the first act of the year a prayer to God through His Most Holy Mother. After prayer, a snack awaited. Fine cheese, preserves, mouth-watering pears, hot cider and delicious chocolate accompanied with Christmas carols and good conversation made the day special.
High Mass on New Year’s Day was followed by a sumptuous banquet. During dinner Godfrey of Bouillon entered the hall. Because of his great virtue of purity, he possessed extraordinary strength, which he demonstrated by cutting off the head of a camel in one blow. But the camel was not real. It was only a skit.
A memento was presented to each camp participant by HIRH Prince Bertrand of Orleans-Branganza, a descendent of Saint Louis IX. The memento was a framed picture of Godfrey de Bouillon at the Siege of Jerusalem, inscribed with a quote from the founder of the TFP, Prof. Plinio Correa de Oliviera: “Of the several types of courage a man needs, one of the greatest or THE greatest, is the courage to decide to be pure.”

PROTEST UNWHOLESOME Super Bowl Halftime
NFL Hires The Sensual & Neo-Pagan
Cirque du Soleil To Perform
With Impure & Blasphemous Madonna
Would you watch a football game that the openly homosexual Web site "Xtra" promotes?
And what about all the children who will unwittingly be watching the halftime show?
Here’s how the above mentioned Web site “Xtra” feels about it:
"Madonna to host gayest Super Bowl halftime show ever."
The site goes on to say:
“[In the 1990’s] the [Super Bowl] halftime show took its first tentative steps out of the closet, featuring the New Kids on the Block in 1991, Gloria Estefan and gay figure skater Brian Boitano in 1992 and Michael Jackson in 1993. Since then, Estefan, Queen Latifah, Christina Aguilera and 'N Sync have all performed, but never has the show just come out and said, "I'm gay" the way that having Madonna perform over ...Québécois acrobats no doubt will.
Welcome out of the closet, Super Bowl halftime show. You'll like it here.
Maybe your example will help all those young aspiring football players who are still in the closet.”
How shocking!
In face of this shocking statement, I ask you to speak out and to…
1) SEND YOUR PROTEST TO THE NFL For Choosing Unwholesome Entertainment For Your Super Bowl.
Your instant e -protest message to the NFL will make them reconsider and maybe even stop this anti-family entertainment at future Super Bowls.
Who can turn a blind eye to all the insults and blasphemies hurled at the Mother of God and Her Divine Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ that the aging fifty-two year old Madonna has relentlessly and feverishly performed to audiences over the decades?
Can Madonna’s performances be held in too great disdain by devotees of God and His holy Mother? In a peaceful way, let’s do something about it.
On the home page of Madonna’s website, she has produced a 30 second “teaser” video crowing about her selection of the halftime entertainment at Super Bowl XLIV and gives her fans a visual idea of the super-sensual entertainment she likely plans to offer in league with Cirque du Soleil.
WARNING: both Madonna’s and Cirque’s Web-sites are objectionable.
Please, for the lo ve of God and the good of your family and our nation take an Important INSTANT ACTION.
